Sunday School

And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who possess the Spirit – 1 Cor. 2:13 (RSV)

At Memorial, we offer a variety of classes that strive to meet the needs of everyone, from infants to adults.  A nursery is provided for infants during the Sunday school hour.  For both the traditional and contemporary church services children under the age of five receive care in the Family Life Center (FLC) on the first floor, the third room on the left.  Only children of the appropriate age are allowed in the nursery.  Children over the age of five are invited and encouraged to attend service.

Safe Sanctuary – MUMC provides a safe place for children.  We require a background check of all adult volunteers and training on our Safe Sanctuary policy.
